Executive Hire Culture Fit
Executive Hire Culture Fit Pathway Audit™
Your questions answered….
What is the Executive Hire Culture Fit Pathway Audit™?
A focused management questionnaire and analysis which provides your hiring team and search consultant with key information about your organisation’s working and cultural style directly relevant to the new hire’s position. It reviews key relationship areas of the senior team, internal peer group, direct reports and external stakeholders. This can add significant value by informing candidate search, selection and on-boarding/induction.
Why use it?
Research suggests that a lack of ‘culture fit’ is often seen as a major reason for new executives failing or leaving a job early in their tenure. This audit offers structured information about the key factors that drive the job-related cultural environment, which in turn can be used in the recruitment process and to improve new executive productivity for the client, either by informing the selection or internal executive support processes, or both.
How do I use it?
Each member of the hiring team completes a simple on-line survey taking no longer than thirty minutes. The results are analysed and highlight key organisational and cultural factors relevant to the new hire’s role, such as communication, teamwork with staff and peers, objectives, decision making and external stakeholder influence.
When is it used?
The audit is ideally used at the early stages of recruitment to inform the hiring team and consultant in both search and selection processes. However, it may also be used later to inform the process of new hire acclimatisation into the new role.
