Leading a Change Programme Pathway Audit™

Your questions answered….

What is the Leading a Change Programme Pathway Audit™?

A focused management questionnaire and analysis which gives your executive and change teams important feedback on core issues in your change or transformation programme, ie a programme that significantly alters business strategy, processes, or culture and which has a significant impact on working practices and business performance. This feedback considers critical factors underpinning the effectiveness of your programme, such as stakeholder support, delivery & skills and embedding change.

Why use it?

Change and transformation programmes come in many different forms, such as culture change, new technology, introducing new working practices such as LEAN and outsourcing key processes. There are common and fundamental factors to all successful programmes in areas such as strategy alignment, project management and employee engagement. This audit gives important feedback of your current strengths and development needs in these fundamental areas using structured feedback from your team.

How do I use it?

Your change team and senior leaders individually complete a simple on-line survey taking no longer than thirty minutes. The results are analysed and presented to highlight key issues in the areas that underpin your change or transformation programme.

When is it used?

The Change and Transformation audit can be used at any time before or during the change or transformation programme to inform on these key underpinning areas. The earlier it is used in the process, the more time will be available to plan and implement alternative strategies as necessary.
